It's Going to be a Good Day

There’s no question that young adults who take advantage of the Vector Marketing Canada opportunity frequently embark on a fast track to maturity in all aspects of their lives.

We recently spoke with Sales Promotion Assistant Jennifer Watts and she told us about the many things she has experienced and learned during her years with Vector Marketing Canada.

Perhaps the most important lesson I’ve learned from those in Vector Marketing Canada is the importance of having a positive outlook on life. It’s an incredibly powerful asset that can fuel our drive for success in business. But this attitude has other benefits including good health and good relationships with those around you. It is the basic law of attraction: positive thoughts render positive results.

There will always be room for self-improvement in your life, so here are some points to ponder that I found to bring more good energy into your work, life and home.

  1. Expect good things to happen! Fully believe that you deserve what you want.
  2. Do things that make YOU happy! Life is too short to not do what you want. Don’t let opportunities pass you by and seize every moment with passion.
  3. Look for opportunities to reach your life goals. Don’t let any opportunity pass you by.
  4. Disregard negative thoughts and people in your life. Focus on the positives (always). Even if you started thinking something pessimistic, be like K’naan and “take a minute and let it ride” Your negative thought will be replaced by a POSITIVE one. And never, never say you can’t. Anything – and everything -- is possible if you put your mind to it.

Positivity is contagious. Don’t let one person ruin your chi or optimistic vibes with their negativity. Just turn around and smile at them. If you can be a source of a positive thought or gesture, you can improve energy and the environment where you are interacting with others. This positive approach is incredibly effective and valuable when making CUTCO demonstrations.

Imagine walking into your demo and the clients are grumpy, miserable and have that cloud hanging over their heads. They have an attitude that the last thing they want to see is a CUTCO demonstration. Sound familiar?

Your first thought should be "Oh, great! I have an opportunity!”

Don’t let them rob your power, motivation and positive approach. Realize that you have an opportunity to change their day! Be that ray of sunshine they need on that gloomy day.

Consumers are more likely to shop and purchase when they are in good moods. Happy people tend to be more optimistic and adventurous. This has been proven in shopping habits. Happy people will buy more and also buy different and unusual things. So if you want someone to do something adventurous (or purchase some brand new shiny CUTCO), make the client happy.

Easier said than done? Not really. Do this by helping them feel better. Ask questions and dive into their personal lives as a way to connect. Enthusiastically share some personal information about yourself. How you got involved with CUTCO. Your college or university plans. Perhaps your plans for the future. Remember, people do business with people they like. Be a beacon of happiness for them and win them over. You may have a customer for life, because when life gets you down, retail therapy is always the best prescription. So they are going call their doctor (YOU!).

I could go on all day with remarks about happiness and positively but really it all starts from within and it will shine through in you.
